Acutegastroenteritis: Your description of the current symptoms is likely due to an episode of acute gastroenteritis (likely viral). Your symptoms will likely to be resolved within the next 48 hours. Continue good hydration. If your symptoms are not resolved by then, suggest to see a local physician possible short course of antibiotics and stool studies.
