Is it common for patients to have multiple cystic lesions at s2-3 level (4+)? since imaging alone cannot diagnose lesions, what follow up is needed? what, aside from tarlov cysts, could lesions be?

Prob Tarlov's cysts: Myelograohy can provide more detail but tarlov's cysts are likely- ask tr surgeon.
