Anything is possible: If you're wearing a tampon, you're likely on your period and so it's unlikely that you are at the point in your cycle where you're releasing an egg and could get pregnant...But if your periods are irregular, all bets are off. Consider also that sperm can live another 5 days in the vagina so if you ovulate just 5 days after the end of your period, you could get pregnant. Some ovulate as early as d8.
