Probably not: If the first day you bleed is day 1, you are most likely to get pregnant between days 10 and 16.

The 4th day of ...: Your cycle is not typically a fertile time but not all bleeding is a "period". Bleeding does not prevent pregnancy either. It just so happens that with regular 28 day ovulatory cycles the bleeding starts a couple of weeks before the fertile time of the month. Birth control that is correctly used is better than a calendar.

Yes: Anyone having sex without condoms for birth control is at risk of getting pregnant. During your menstrual cycle is a less likely time but certainly still possible. If you don't want to be pregnant use condoms for birth control. If sex was within 72 hours use plan b.
