A member asked:

Can you refuse to see a client who consistently misses appointments?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Yes as long as you notify him/her in writing and give enough time to find another provider and send a letter by registered post return receipt. The other way is to tell face to face and have witnesses and give reasonable time to find another provider. You have to provide emergency care in that time frame.
