Can i use tretinoin topical on my face thats sunburnt? my nose also has some hard yellow stuff on it (perhaps from ruptured blisters).

Opt for calming: I would avoid tretinoin use after a sunburn. Opt instead for skin calming ingredients. A gentle cleanser, lots of hydration and sunscreen use. For intense sunburn, contact your physician for more specific advise.
