Www.medscape.org: Young and redmond[16] have proposed that fibromyalgia is more likely to develop in individuals with the predominantly inattentive type of adhd than in patients with other forms of adhd. In an analysis of 45 patients in a fibromyalgia clinic and their chief complaints, these authors found almost 70% fulfilled the criteria for adhd. Our local fibro doc does adhd scales on all her fibro patients.
