"Rare seizures"?: Having seizures calls for a neurological workup. Mindfulness meditation does not cause seizures; acupressure mat sounds like an unlikely cause also. Witch hazel is generally used topically, and naturalstandard.Com does not show seizures as a side effect for this or for chanca piedra. Some energy drinks containing stimulants plus ginseng have causes seizures: http://tinyurl.Com/qepcslq.

?epilepsy: If you do suffer epileptic seizures, you require medications and acquisition of an experienced neurologist. Doubt the described substances caused or provoked the seizures, and more likely, your spells would have occurred with or without. A sleep study does not diagnose epilepsy, and your statement "idiopathic sleep seizures" causes concerns. Stop driving and get treated. Be safe!
