Get a derm consult: I'll assume you have good control of your acne. If you're just talking about post-inflammatory pigmentation from it, it'll fade over time ; you're best to ignore it. If you are talking about solar lentigos on your shoulders, channing tatum (photo) seems to like his. Electrolysis might be the best choice for an unwanted patch of body hair -- or ask your present / future wife what she prefers.

It looks like you: Have a condition that is not really clear to make a diagnosis . Before making diagnosis , suggesting which treatment is good or bad is inappropriate .My advise is to see dermatologist who can make accurate diagnosis and treatment
