Yes: Can spread to neck area and can rarely self inoculate. Treatment is same topical medications.

Lice: The body louse is slightly larger than the head louse but has the same general appearance. Unlike the head louse, which lives on its human host the scalp, the body louse lives in clothing (commonly in the seamed areas) and then transfers to the human host to feed. Head lice and body lice are totally different physically and head lice do not go to the body.
