Yes.: Uterine prolapse can have many different symptoms or no symptoms at all. Many women will have improvement of low back pain, pelvic pain, heaviness in your lower extremities and a variety of other symptoms. However, because many of these symptoms can also be caused by other issues your symptoms may persist after your surgery.
