Many do, many don't: Try it and see. Hope for the best. Doctors are very good at helping if you find you need it. One tip that few mention. The breathing pattern - you know it - is actually very good for you (especially the exhale). When folk quit, part of what the body misses is this! Keep doing it - as much as ever - just w/o the tobacco. It makes it mucfh easier. Just like always, but w/o the smoke. It works!
