Maybe . . .: There are studies suggesting that maca may have aphrodisiac properties (http://www.Drugs.Com/npp/maca.Html). Check out http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/18801111. The bigger issue is quality control although i can't speak for australian oversight although there is none here in the states. As for vitamins, they're useful if you're deficient . .

Need a closer look: You list prime symptoms of depression -- low sex drive and low energy (since you're asking about vitamins for energy). Trying to cover these with herbs and vitamins may not help if you're actually depressed ; need treatment for this. Please see your doctor to check on your general health, and if all is well there see a psychiatrist about depression. All of us need at least a basic multivitamin.
