Would taking calcium with magnesium help to stop or reduce teeth grinding even if calcium levels are normal?

Probably not: Teeth grinding can be a result of many different things. Some may include stress, poor occlusion, medications, etc. It is not always possible to get someone to stop. A nightguard will at least protect your teeth while you grind, and sometimes it will eliminate the grinding as well.

Doubtful: There are many causes of tooth grinding and i would doubt that it would stop with just taking supplements without other intervention techniques.

No: Taking supplements will make absolutely no difference. It is often difficult to stop oneself from grinding their teeth especially at night when one is sleeping, unaware of that occurrence, and unable to control it. See a dentist for a consultation on your specific dental situation and consider getting a night guard to control the ill effects it can have on teeth and jaw joints.
