Go see your doctor: You can always apply warm compresses to areas of suspected infection to guide your body towards healing yourself (use ice for injuries). Best to go see your family doc tomorrow to determine if you need to have boil lanced (or not). Your family doc can also determine if any antibiotics are necessary.
