Not likely: Your age, sex and time of headache with postural low blood pressure would most likely indicate a sleep disordered breathing problem with headaches on waking. If you are excessively sleepy or tired on waking/ throughout day you should see your md for evaluation and a possible sleep test. He can also screen for rumors but it is unlikely given your age and more likely sleep.

Low blood volume: Also possible you could be dehydrated with low blood volume. This also can give headaches, light-headedness and pre-syncope/syncope (passing out). Blood pressure change with change in position is "postural hypotension = orthostasis". Imp to see your md to get evaluated and share anything going on with your eating behaviors, if risking your stability.
