Is the same: Egfr is a calculation to estimate glomerular filtration rate. The GFR and creatinine clearance can be predicted from the serum creatinine. Your fluctuations in egfr aren't significant but do indicate the presence of significant disease. This needs to be evaluated by a nephrologist.
