Maybe.: There hasn't been very clear research into the effects of vibration. But any kind of repetitive movement, applying acceleration/deceleration forces on the body (not to mention lots of sitting!) might be less-than-ideally healthy. If you can, try to pad your seat, eat a healthy diet, take frequent brakes, and exercise.
