Feeling how?: How does high blood pressure feel? Do you mean feeling angry, hot, sweaty, headache, can't breath, chest pain, feeling your heart beating, or what? Drink water for sure but if he's really not feeling right, i'd call your doctor or perhaps a nurse hotline through your insurance company.

He may be having food allergy symptoms (to preservative) or other GI symptoms, especially in 20s, unless bad family history of high bp.
