Ct scan after hitting head negative but i feel my balance is off and my eyesight seems worse . what next?

Watch closely: For concussion, it's not uncommon to see some residual symptoms even a week afterwards. But definitely watch closely. If symptoms persist/worsen, and you develop focal neurologic symptoms (facial droop, arm/leg weakness, etc), do not hesitate to have yourself re-examined. Some head bleed tags and and isn't picked up on the initial ct.

Hitting head: You probably had a mild concussion and you may have trouble with your balance and eyesight for a few weeks. Report this to your doctor.
