pain left side of neck for 5 days. feels like pulled muscle but getting worse not better. taking anti inflamm & using hot/cold compress. nausea too.

Get Checked out...: Was there any recent injury? Did you perform any activities that worsen the pain? Consider seeing your pcp or ed doc for exam and possibly ct or MRI scans.
