Hemorrhoids - herpes: A hemorrhoid is an enlarged vein at the anus or in the lower rectum. Internal hemorrhoids are deep to the anus. External hemorrhoids are outside of the anus. A hemorrhoid is a bump that can cause pain, bleeding ; may itch. Local symptoms from herpes simplex 2 infection consist of a cluster of lesions that look like blisters. The lesions can coalesce followed by crusting over.
