Subtle: More often than not they are mild and easy to miss as just having a "flu" and being under the weather. They include: fatigue, poor appetite, increasing need to sleep but not waking up refreshed, nausea in the morning, lack of libido, muscle cramping and ultimately swelling, shortness of breath and low urine output.
