Usually no symptoms: There may not be any symptoms. There may be symptoms related to the cause. Sometimes there may be so called uremic symptoms- like metallic taste, poor appetite, tiredness, shortness of breath, itching and others. It also depends on if kidney failure developing gradually or acutely. Ask your doctor if in doubt.
