What can i use to treat bug bites in armpit?

Mild top steroid: 1 or 2.5% hydrocortisone is usually recommended if prolonged therapy is required. Axilla is a sensitive area of the body, so avoid high potency steroids, in general, though for "bug bites", which last less than a week and are not chronic, I have prescribed moderately potent steroid creams like mometasone or triamcinolone.
