Generally no: Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of infection. Teething is not normally associated with an infection. You child might have caught a bug going around. The most important thing to do for your child is to provide loving support for your child's symptoms. A children's pain reliever for pain and/or fever, encourage fluids and try to maintain good nutrition.

Possibly: It's not common for teething to cause swollen lymph nodes but it is possible. Have child checked by a physician to rule out other possibilities.
