A member asked:

Clotrimazole vs miconazole, which is better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Similar antifungals: These medicines are quite similar, and often doctors use them interchangeably. The question as to 'what site' is involved may determine which product gets used. I have faith that either one would work fine for minor fungal infections. If these over the counter products don't help, then it's time to take it to the next level -call a doc. Infectious disease docs know the most about fungal infections
