Generally yes: There is no specific problem w/aspartame in pregnancy according to the nih. It does not cross the placenta, and is not a risk to you unless you have phenylketonuria - a rare genetic disorder. However, it is always prudent to limit all meds, supplements and the like during pregnancy except as instructed by your ob>.
