This is serious: I'm going to assume that this is severe acne. You aren't going to be able to manage this by yourself. Your personal physician may start with topical benzoyl peroxide plus an antibiotic, perhaps an oral tetracycline. If you are offered a dermatology consult for isotretinoin, consider doing it though it is not for the faint-hearted. Best wishes, and be strong.
