Superfical oil gland: A quick google search revealed this photo on wikipedia. Fordyce spots/granules are merely sebaceous glands that are superficial--found on many different surfaces. Very common, ectopically, in the mouth. They are normal and benign.

Here are some...: They are ectopic sebaceous glands (not related with hair follicles) and appear as small lighter-than-skin papules of widely variable size, number, and shape on the labia minora or / and majora. Since being harmless and usually asymptomatic, no active Rx is usually required. Best wish ...
