Yes: If fibrosis of the lung tissue disrupts the integrity of a lung vessel carrying blood, it might allow blood to leak into the lung air sacks (called alveoli), produce irritation that causes cough that brings out the blood.

Not really...: Coughing blood, called hemoptysis, is a serious symptom which always requires an evaluation by a doctor. Possible causes include bronchitis, which is the usual reason for hemoptysis, but malignancy can also cause hemoptysis which is why an evaluation asap is crucial. If you are also short of breath, go to the nearest er today!
