Unlikely: It is unlikely that any person could replicate the nutritional benefits of breast milk by brewing up a concoction at home from any basic source, including almonds. The rapidly growing child needs a variety of nutrients.Commercial formulas are the product of more than 6 decades of research. Your doc can find a special formula if your kid is intolerant to the common ones.

NO!!! DANGEROUS!!!: This is not safe! almond milk is not an acceptable substitute for formula. The best food for babies is breast milk but if you aren't nursing i advise an organic formula like http://bit.Ly/16pjj0t almond milk is likely to cause allergies ; does not supply adequate protein, fats or vitamins- it has 40 calories per 8 oz while formula has 160 and your baby needs all of those-see http://bit.Ly/1fqmxjh.

Please do not give: A 6 week old needs breast milk feedings. There is no substitute, and if you are unable to breast feed, standard formula is available. Almond milk is mostly water and not safe for babies. Infants should not have regular cows milk until one year of age.
