Night splints: Night splints are commonly used to treat plantar fasciitis. A night splint hold the ankle at a 90 degree angle to provide a constant stretch on the Achilles tendon and plantar fascia. High top tennis shoes might work like a night splint

Facial band: Sleeping in tennis shoes is very doubtful at resolving plantar fasciitis..... But, it would not hurt you to try...Go ahead....And, then if the issue is not resolved , go see a specialist.
