Fever: He may be developing roseola, a viral illness that affects young children .They run a fever for thee days, fever breaks and a rash develops.I would keep your child on fever control drugs like Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen).Also use warm tub baths if and when temp begins to rise. If fever still persists after 24-36 hours see doctor.
