Not necessarily, but: In it of itself, sgpt/sgot and uric acid level changes don't have a direct correlation to pain in the heel. There are several etiologiest to heel pain. However, elevated uric acid levels may indicate a gout condition and changes in sgpt/sgot incidate may indicate liver issues.
