Yes, every 48 hours: Have sex on days 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 during baby-making week. He must wear boxers and abstain from ejaculation on the odd days in order to get his count and volume up. Start counting from period day #1. This will optimize your chances of getting pregnant.
