Sick sinus: The COPD causes obstruction of flow and return of blood and the aortic insufficiency causes decreased forward flow and may cause low bp. The heart's response is usually rapid heart rate unless there is pressure on the sensor called the carotid body but usually from a high pressure. So these don't make sense. Go back to your doctor and see a cardiologist or whatever your doctor decides for work-up.
