dangerous: Hypotension to 50s and 60s is not good. You need to go for a check up soon. All that is needed is an adjustment of your BP pills.

Medication adjustmen: The BP is concerning. The hr can also be from medications being used to control your condition or as a response to your blood pressure. You should see your doctor asap as that BP can cause more problem even with your heart and even stroke. I don't know your whole history or medicines so you need to see your md.
