No, no: That only means you will see an ENT to get diagnosis and treatment for those swollen lymph nodes. Get better soon !

Lots of reasons: There are a ton of reasons for lymph nodes to be large, and that is why you need to see an ent, to figure out what it could be. Infection, autoimmune issues, tumors, reactions... And many other possibilities. They may or may not want to take a sample ("biopsy") depending on how they look at the visit. Stressing about dying before you have even heard the doctor out is not useful at all.
