Nope: Coughing up blood must be addressed, usually including a chest xray and a PPD TB test. If you can't get an urgent appointment with your doctor, you may need to go to the er.

No: You need to be evaluated by a physician. You need a chest x -ray. Hemoptysis can indicate lung cancer, tuberculosis or pneumonia. See your doctor or go to an er now.
