Moving teeth: If you have pressure on a tooth it can move, become loose, become painful or sensitive.or damage other teeth. So manual pressure is not the best way to move your teeth. See a dentist or orthodontist and do it safely

No: Best way to move a tooth is with light continuous force applied 24h/day. What you are describing is heavy intermittent force, less effective. So unless you are willing to keep your hands in your mouth all day and night, expect little to no results. Also, you can't move a tooth if there isn't a place for it to go, if other teeth are in the way. Please see a specialist Orthodontist for free exam
