Hunger pains: Certainly if one could answer this question it would help alot of peope. Hopefully just think positive about your results. Take a walk. Eat a piece of celery of fruit. Get a good list of little calorie snacks if you need to put something in your stomach. There may be a roll for appetite suppressants-which are stimulants- would need to talk to your pcp if all else has failed.
