No: Tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia do not test for hpv. That requires a separate test. The gonorrhea and chlamydia tests can be done with a cervical swab or a urine sample. The hpv test is done with a swab.

Pap Smear: It all depends on the reason your cervix was swabbed. If it was for std testing then no, hpv would not be tested on that swab. But, if it was a pap smear that you had, then the hybrid hpv dna test should be part of the results report that your physician would get from the lab.
