Cervical dysplasia: Is always high risk need close monitoring , regardless cause , if it is due to hpv , must be eradicated from body

Varies: It would probably be a relatively low risk for cancer but a higher risk for recurrence of the dysplasia. The important thing to do is the recommended followup pap smears. If the dysplasia does recur, it would be caught and treated in time to prevent cancer.
