Yes it can: Blood pressure can definitely affect eye sight. However, it may not be from the blood pressure. The best way to know is buy (or borrow) a blood pressure monitor (very cheap on ebay) and measure your blood pressure when your eyes are blurry and see what it shows. Feel better.
