Tubal pregnancy?: Although it would be very early, you could be pregnant; but this pain might be a signal of trouble. Breast enlargement and tenderness suggest pregnancy. It's probably time to take a pregnancy test to see. If it's negative, wait a week and repeat the test. If the pain worsens, then you may need to see your fp and order blood testing and an ultrasound to confirm there's no trouble.
