Will be a problem: First speak to your doctors , for alternative tests , the reason for pet scan , are they suspecting a malignancy ? Or test related to your heart ? .Get in touch with large diagnostic centers , some places may accommodate larger people. Good luck.

PET scan...: Did your cardiologist want you to get a cardiac pet for preoperative clearance? Cardiac spect would probably have a lot of attenuation artifacts.
