DIFFICULT PROBLEM: Lyme disease can mimic neurological disorders, including ms, parkinson's, and even als. Not fully clear as how "chronic lyme disease" creates problems when antibiotic treatment delayed, or how you ascertain if you received sufficient therapy. Important to note, you could have ms in addition. You need both neurology and infectious disease to collaborate. ?Nearby medical school?

Controversy: You can have lyme disease without arthritis, but the neurologic problems described are controversially attributed to lyme. Rheumatologic evaluation may provide clarity.
