Due to associated: Problems , obesity , multiple systemic diseases , draining fistulas due to intestines eroding through grafts , lacking tissue planes for to free the bowel , lack of fascia to repair , lack of suitable material in presence of infection.And on challenging but gratifying if succeeds with out getting additional implications
