Throat tickle: Hello, the stimulation causing your cough should be evaluated by an ENT doctor. An endoscopic examination would be very helpful to determine the cause. I have seen people have an elongated uvula that initiates a gag induced coughing spells. It also could be reflux or post nasal drainage. Good luck.
